At the Cookie Cradle, all cookie cutter orders are made just for you!

If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been printed, we’re unable to offer refunds due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products.

Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to make it right! Simply send us a photo of the damaged item within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll begin processing a replacement for you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure you have a great experience with us.
 

Shipping Issues


Shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL are responsible for transit delays, damage, or lost packages. If your package is impacted, please reach out to us so we can assist you with filing an insurance claim as needed.
